Africorp International Properties is a Property Investment Company whose home is Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. With more than 75 buildings under management we are a large property company of 200 employees and more than 200 000m2 of leasable space.

We own and manage a diversified portfolio of properties that include Retail, Industrial, Commercial and Residential properties, mainly in Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage and Despatch.

We know the Eastern Cape well and own many assets in the smaller towns, high street retail, office buildings and smaller warehousing and storage units.

Single Box Retail is our speciality, being that we are one of the Eastern Capes Largest Independant Wholesalers, known as Afrisave, and we count many national operations as our tenants and friends. Buco, Cashbuild, Overberg Agi are just a few brands who occupy these valuable spaces.

Our Alpha Student residential model has been incredibly successful and we now have over 500 beds in this rapidly evolving sector.

Sovereign tenants, those of both National and Local Government are our core tenant base. We are meaningfully Black Empowered, have years of experience in this field and understand our Governments needs perfectly. We are great partners and we treat our tenants well.

Our warehouses are mostly clustered in the Uitenhage industrial nodes and we count many large corporations as our tenants and friends such as Benteler, Shell and Caltex.

We are Developers and own many development sites across South Africa. We are capable of constructing Single box Warehousing, Multi story blocks of Flats and multi tenanted retail stores. Our in-House professional staff are capable and can move very quickly should the opportunity arise.
