Our commercial property Division is comprised of 9 large multi-tenanted buildings that are located in Nelson Mandela Bay with a total lettable area of 60 000m2.

Historically, Africorp has been very successful in placing and retaining large Sovereign Tenants and this division is dedicated to servicing those types of tenants.

All our commercial buildings are in great condition, most of them A grade in nature, and we have recently embarked on modernising the facilities with Intelligent lighting, Generators and Back-up Battery’s, Solar Farms, Boreholes and Security Systems.

The facilities Management team constantly monitor the buildings consumption and usage, ensuring no wastage.

All of our buildings are monitored and managed by a sophisticated Security apparatus and we employ more than 150 personnel to ensure the safety of our tenants.

Specific tenants installation needs are managed by the Property Management Team, who employ architects and professional space planners. The actual conversion or upgrade is managed in-house by our team of construction professionals, including Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Airconditioning Technicians and Fire Safety Offices
