The Jeeva Foundation (previously known as the Bismillah Charitable Trust) is a foundation committed to philanthropy and further encapsulates the CSI / CSR activity streams of Afri-Corp, the parent company of Jeeva family-owned businesses operating in various sectors, including Kwantu. The Jeeva Foundation – focuses on charity and development work in South Africa, also with a local focus. The Foundation is committed to conservation and sustainable and long-lasting empowerment initiatives to advance the underprivileged, less fortunate and vulnerable members of society, as well as research, education and rehabilitation programmes to advance wildlife conservation since its inception nearly a quarter of a century ago. The Jeeva foundation was founded in 1992 by Mr. Yusuf Jeeva, and the trust members are his sons Shakir Jeeva (CEO: Kwantu Private Game Reserve), Nadir Jeeva (CEO: Afri-Corp International Property Group) and Munir Jeeva (CEO: Afri-Save Cash and Carry).
