Nelson Mandela Bay is an Industrial Hub that has seen both the Clothing Trade and the Motor Trade flourish here over the decades.

During this time Africorp has acquired a large portfolio of Industrial Assets which are mostly suitable for Manufacture or Storage. Our warehouses are typically less than 3000m2 in extent and are well let with good tenants, and effectively managed by our Uitenhage team.

Our Industrial Facilities Management Division is exceptionally skilled at repurposing or rebuilding old warehousing and we are able to keep all our spaces well tenanted by constantly upgrading the assets and keeping them in top quality order. Upgrades are easy, and increasing the size of the asset onsite is managed quickly and professionally.

We are also large land owners, with many well placed industrial sites, awaiting a suitable tenant for development. Our architects and engineers will design the warehouse needed and we provide a full turnkey solution to our tenants.

Our Industrial Division has more than 50 000m2 under roof and most of our properties have boreholes onsite.
