Within the DNA of Africorp lies the Wholesale Foods Division, Afrisave, the company which started the whole property enterprise journey more than half a century ago.

Afrisave Wholesalers is a Dominant Independent Food Wholesaler of long tenure and reputation, and we have five large retail properties dedicated to our brand and this type of trade. The Wholesale Trade Business model relies on large warehousing that is conveniently located close to residential nodes and is a specialisation within the realm of Retail Property Ownership.

As a natural progression this model, we have acquired other similar properties over time and we now own seventeen large retail warehouses throughout Nelson Mandela Bay. Our tenants are Buco, Cashbuild, Spar, U-Save, Pick n Pay and Checkers amongst others and we are proud of our relationships with these tenants.

We are also owners of several smaller general convenience Shopping Malls such as Bluebay in Bluewater Bay, and we add to this division selectively as opportunity comes up and our strategic planning evolves.
